Delivery timescales and charges depend on the piece and your address, and are confirmed during the order process before you commit. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces take longer than items in stock, and we will always give you a realistic date rather than an optimistic one. Please allow extra time for deliveries outside the United Kingdom, and note that any import duties in your country are your responsibility.
Deliveries are sent to the address you specify, so please check it carefully. If a delivery is held at a depot because nobody was available, please collect it promptly.
You are welcome to collect your piece in person from us at 9 Hatton Garden instead. Many customers prefer this for engagement rings: you see the finished piece, we check the fit and the details together, and it never leaves safe hands. Contact us to arrange collection.

Orders for made-to-order pieces can be cancelled up to the point manufacturing begins. Once a piece has started through the workshop it is being made specifically for you and can no longer be cancelled. If you need to change something after ordering, contact us as soon as possible: the earlier you tell us, the more we can do.
