A ring from us is the start of a long relationship, not the end of a transaction. Every piece is made or finished at our workshop at 9 Hatton Garden, and the same bench that made it looks after it.
If the fit is not right, we resize the ring, up or down, at no charge.
A written valuation for your insurer, prepared by us, at no charge.
On wedding bands and engagement rings we repair or replace accent diamonds from 0.01 to 0.09 carat free of charge, reasonable wear and tear excepted.
Your statutory rights cover every purchase: a refund within 30 days for a faulty item, and repair, replacement or refund for up to six months and beyond as UK consumer law provides. The details are in our terms and conditions and on the delivery and returns page.
Jewellery that is worn daily needs occasional attention: claws wear, rhodium plating on white gold thins, and stones should be checked periodically. Bring your piece back to us and we will inspect and clean it, tell you honestly whether anything needs doing, and quote before any chargeable work. Our services page covers repairs, replating, restringing and valuations in detail.
Certificated diamonds we sell come with their independent grading report from GIA, IGI or HRD. Keep it safe: it matters for insurance and resale. If you have lost a certificate for a piece we made, talk to us and we will advise on replacement options.
